Holley Property Services LLC is a family-owned and operated excavation and site development company based in Xenia, Ohio, proudly serving residential and commercial clients throughout Southwestern, Central, and Northwestern Ohio.
Since 2020, we've built our company around a straightforward belief: if you're going to do something, do it right the first time.
That mindset influences everything from the equipment and materials we invest in to the way we communicate with customers and execute projects in the field. Whether we're completing a large site development, demolition, utility excavation, septic installation, drainage project, or residential property improvement, we approach every job with the same commitment to quality, precision, safety, and professionalism.
Our Story
From a Ford Ranger to a Growing Excavation Operation
Holley Property Services started in January 2020 in Xenia, Ohio with a Ford Ranger, a hardworking passion, and a vision to build something better.
Our roots were in mowing, landscaping, hardscaping, land clearing, driveways, and smaller building pad and site development projects. We started small, worked hard, and focused on producing the kind of quality we would expect on our own properties.
As word spread and customers trusted us with larger projects, we continued to grow.
Small excavation projects became larger earthmoving jobs. Our services expanded into complete site development, demolition, septic systems, underground utilities, drainage, erosion control, trucking, concrete, paving, plumbing, and commercial site work.
Our equipment grew with us, too.
What began with a Ford Ranger has developed into an operation equipped with multiple trucks, dump trucks, excavators, skid steers, a dozer, specialized attachments, and modern excavation technology capable of taking on increasingly complex residential and commercial projects.
We've grown significantly since 2020, but we've been intentional about never letting growth compromise the quality that built our reputation.
